A true Pacific Northwest local, Margarita Hardy was born in Seattle and has lived throughout our region, including Kirkland, Everett, Federal Way, Roseburg Oregon, and Medford Oregon - with deep roots in Guadalajara, MX, where her family is from.

Margarita graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Law, Societies, and Justice. She honed her negotiation skills as a litigation paralegal working towards settlements with insurers on behalf of clients who had been catastrophically injured.

When Margarita and her husband converted their first home into a rental property, a passion for real estate bloomed inside of her and Margarita pursued her real estate license.

With her vast experience and collaborative mindset, Margarita creates trusting, honest relationships with her clients and takes a team approach to each purchase or sale. Her clients love that she adapts quickly, works efficiently and diligently, and that she does it all with a sense of humor and warmth. She works passionately hard, and makes the process of finding or selling a new home or investment property fun and easy.

In her free time, Margarita can be found spending time with her husband + three beautiful daughters (and living the soccer mom life!), doing yoga, reading, or hiking throughout the PNW.
